Ts'aishen is the legendary dragon of wealth and fortune. He is also known as the keeper of the vault and Gōrudosukēru (which means "gold scale" in the far east). He was revered as a deity to the people of The Far East, who had an annual festival celebrating his glory, called the Festival of Wealth. According to the legend Ts'aishen lives in the legendary Vault of Abundance.
