Thunderbolt dragon, cloud striker,

Our skies and spirits you embolden.

Life Cycle

Mating

Only male thunderbolt dragons exist. While they choose a "lifetime" mate (usually a Bouquet Dragon), they cheat on them a lot of times, regardless of the species of the other dragon and whether or not the other dragon already has a mate. No dragon dares to reject a mating offer from a thunderbolt dragon in fear of punishment. Some say a certain group of dragons (specifically the Thunder Dragon, the Blizzard Dragon, the Storm Dragon and the Tempest Dragon) was made by thunderbolt dragons mating with other species.

Origin of Name

The thunderbolt's dragon name comes from the vellum of visions; as the Olymen thought that thunderbolts were the byproduct of two of these dragons fighting, which they were more or less right about.

Magic

Thunderbolt dragons have a lot of control over Theomancy, Cryomancy, Electromancy, and Tempestimancy.
