Chionimancy is the magic of snow and snowflakes, most commonly used by the dragons of the Snowflake element, and the snow and blizzard dragons. Using it allows the user to generate snow and snowflakes, form giant snowflakes, and set up snowstorms. It is often confused with Cryomancy, though the two magics have nothing to do with each other.
