Bubble Babble

Bubble Babble is a phenomenon caused by the cuteness of bubble dragons. Even the most straight-laced and steel-hearted will dissolve into nonsensical baby talk when confronted with the dragon's cuteness. It is thought that the bubble dragon has some kind of cuteness magic which induces this condition, or a mix of Psychomancy and Oneiromancy. Fortunately, it wears off quickly once the wizard afflicted is removed from the presence of the bubble dragon.
